In the past philosophy, ethics, causation, self, aesthetics, religion, art, beauty, music etc are considered to be gifts given by God.
The current scientific discoveries have led us to believe most of these are qualities in our brains.
Our brains composition and how they operate are directly a result from our DNA and sensory inputs.
The sensory inputs are from either inputs from environment or communications with other brains.
Environment do not posses philosophy. Therefore philosophy is the work of the brain.
Formation of the brain directly dependent on DNA.
Therefore philosophy is encoded in our DNA.
It is understood that large amount of information of DNA are not found to be used in making characteristics of life forms or genes - non coding DNA.
More research need to be done in decoding the non coding DNA, in the end we will find the true answer how philosophy came about lies in our non coding DNA.
Basic ingredient of life may be logic.
These unexplainable concepts arising from philosophy need some place to keep data and be documented. Earlier people thought of god as transcendental. When contradictions arose how God can exist. Concepts like a priori was used. But where and how these are documented was missing.
There should be a common place to document it and it should not change. It will need a medium to code it. It will need substantial amount of data. Only thing which can do it is our non coding DNA. Not only it can record it, it is the basic place of action that can give meaning to what is recorded.
The evolution process did not change philosophy. When life started it was fixed unlike evolution of species by natural selection it did not change with time. Evolution tuned species according to sensory inputs or changes of environment. Philosophy was fixed. Evolution of concepts of philosophy came about by education. In other words brain to brain communication. But the basic concepts of philosophy was coded in DNA at the beginning of life - even in plants. If we think philosophy is limited only to advance life forms like humans we will run into a problem, if we assume humans are the result of the evolutionary process of natural selection, philosophy did not come about evolution. Knowledge of philosophy came about in the last 5000 or so years. If philosophy came about by an evolution process we should be able to track it's progress and find the root. That is not possible. That is why concept of god came about.
You might think this theory is easily verifiable by checking the DNA of the criminals of the world. But it is not possible, these philosophy DNA will be the same of criminals and non-criminals. Their brains may differ but philosophy DNA the same. When they are born they are not criminals sensory inputs made them criminals. Unlike using brain imaging techniques to identify differences in brains, identifying these philosophy DNA will be very difficult. It will be the same for all animals and plants. One thing we can do is to identify non coding DNA that remains the same or common to all species that has life.
